The objectives and
services a Buyer’s Agent provides to the Buyer include:
1. I will arrange a free,
no-obligation pre-qualification meeting for you with a
lender to find out exactly how much you qualify to borrow.
2. I will search our Multiple Listing Service for properties
listed by all real estate companies to inform you about the
homes or building sites for sale which may best meet your
needs, as determined by you. If you want to build a new
home, I will help you locate a builder for you to interview.
3. I will arrange private showings for any and all homes you
wish to see or arrange meetings for you with a homebuilder.
4. I will help you with the negotiation and purchase of any
"for-sale-by-owner" home you identify.
5. When you find the right home or builder, I will assist
you with preparing an offer that meets your needs.
6. I will discuss negotiating strategies regarding the offer
price, financing terms, interest rates, and possession date.
7. I will obtain answers to any questions you may have that
I cannot answer.
8. I will present the offer on your behalf to the seller,
the builder, the For Sale By Owner or the seller’s agent. I
will negotiate in your best interest at all times.
9. I will help you find end financing that fits your needs.
10. I will work hard to ensure you receive exceptional
service from everyone involved with your real estate
transaction.
